Items purchased online are eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
1. The product delivered is not the correct size as ordered.
2. The item has a manufacturing defect. Complaints regarding defects must be reported within 2–3 days of receiving the product.
3. The customer has communicated their request for an exchange via email, or phone call within 7 working days of receiving the item.
4. The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
5. The original invoice must be included with the returned product.
6. The item must be unused, free from stains, odors, or any signs of wear.
7. Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
8. No cash refunds are available, except in cases of damaged or defective products.
